Her professional experience spans the fields of Finance, Corporate Services, Educational Administration, Project Management, Business Analysis, Regulatory Compliance, Capital Markets, and Human Resource Management. At Gibraltar Bay Global Consultancy & Business Advisory Services Ltd. She drives overall performance and charts the strategic direction of the company.

She holds a Masters in Project Management (MPM) degree from the Universidad para La Cooperacion Internacional in Costa Rica, a Bachelors of Laws (LLB) degree from the University of London, a BSc in Management Studies and Human Resources Management from the University of the West Indies and certifications in Project Management, Accounting, Business Analysis, Proposal Writing & Grant Funding, and Research Methodology.
